True to the BOURGOIN COGNAC philosophy, this cognac is an exact reflection of the terroir in which it was born. This eau-de-vie is unblended, unreduced and unfiltered. Each selected barrel is bottled separately, with the origin of the cru and the plot meticulously traced. Under-pouring is carried out by gravity, in moon quadrature, to take advantage of fluid mechanics. Bottling is done by hand, without any additives.
