This whiskey comes from a rye brew to which a blend of « petit grains » is added to complement the character conferred by 8 years in new American oak barrels. Unlike traditional tennessee whiskey, the « lincoln county » process is not used for this whiskey, allowing it to develop the spicy aromas typical of rye.
