MELENN’s natural coloring is obtained through licorice maceration, a technique that preserves the flavors and aromas of each ingredient. Thanks to this method, MELENN pastis has a warm amber color that invites tasting.

MELENN is a sugar-free aperitif with no additives, giving it incomparable purity of taste. It is distinguished from other pastis by its subtle, delicate taste, reminiscent of the aniseed and herbaceous notes of the plants that make it up.
