Roku Gin Roku Gin Distilled Gin

The nose gently releases scents of cherry blossom and green tea. The palate is harmonious, soft and velvety, with the traditional taste of gin mingled with complex herbal flavors, characteristic Japanese botanical notes and the dominant freshness of yuzu, the Japanese lemon. Sansho pepper adds a spicy finish. Enjoy chilled, neat or in cocktails.

cocktail cosmopolitan roku: 3.5 cl gin roku, 1.5 cl cointreau, 1.5 cl fresh lime juice, 3 cl fresh cranberry juice, lime zest.

Place ice cubes in a shaker with the gin, cointreau, lemon juice and cranberry juice. Stir vigorously. Serve in a martini glass and garnish with lemon zest.
